All orders will be dispatched to your stated delivery address by tracked courier. We aim to dispatch your orders within 3-7 working days from the date of the order.

To ensure prompt delivery, we require a proper and complete address.

A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

UK delivery

We offer free UK Shipping

  • UK Standard 3-7 Working Days - Free!
    Our UK orders are generaly shipped by Royal Mail as our preferred carrier. You will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on the link provided. We despatch orders Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 3.00pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday.

  • UK Guaranteed Next Working Day - £10.00. Orders placed ’Guaranteed Next Day’ must be placed by 1.00 pm and will be guaranteed for delivery the next day. Please be advised that all delivery times are working days and do not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

  • NB: PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOXES EITHER IN THE UK OR WORLDWIDE.
International delivery

All international orders include free shipping for purchases over £200

For orders less than £200 shipping charges are:-

European Union - £15
USA & Canada - £20
Australia & NZ - £20

  • All our International orders are delivered by Courier and you will be able to track your order by entering your tracking number on the link provided. We dispatch orders Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Any orders placed during a Bank Holiday will be sent out on Tuesday.
  • International orders will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where possible, which includes all shipping costs, duties and taxes so there are no surprises at the checkout
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Other Countries - from £25

  • Orders from any other international country will require pre-authorisation. Please contact us to enquire.

Customs and duties
  • We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) which covers all shipping costs, duties and taxes.
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable. 
  • If the buyer decides not to accept the package there will be a return shipping/administration fee of £35 which will be withheld from the refund.
